WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF SPECIFIC WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, PROFITS, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PROCURED PRODUCTS. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR CONTRACT, AND COVERS ANY ERRORS IN CONTENT OR ANY LOSS INCURRED THROUGH RELIANCE ON THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may assume control of the defense at your expense, but we will not agree to any settlement requiring non-monetary actions from you without your consent.
